Remodel Process
To give you an idea of what a typical remodel consists of, below is an overview of the process.
Kitchen Construction Process
1. Schedule a consultation – Meet Peter Kamaras, owner, for a free consultation to discuss the project that you’d like to start. Discuss remodeling, kitchen style ideas, select an idea for cabinetry, counters, tile & flooring along with lighting.
2. Receive bid in a week to two weeks. Revisit the contract, design and finalize.
3. Receive layout on kitchen via 2020 design or drawing. Approve design & all details or make adjustments and receive new bid.
4. Finalize selections of all materials so materials can be ordered and timeline put together.
5. Sign contract & make deposit.
6. When all materials are received then construction starts – tearout of existing materials, then lighting, drywall and then plumbing adjustments will be started.
7. Usual kitchen construction process:
1. Tearout of existing
2. Drywall, electrical, plumbing adjustments.
3. Installation of flooring.
4. Installation of cabinetry.
5. Painting.
6. Installation of appliances and countertops.
7. Installation of tile backsplash, hardware and fixtures.
Bath Construction Process
